Over Spring break I, stayed at home and played outside with my friends.
I really did not go anywhere, but I did go roller skating. It kind of reminded
me of ice skating last year at the pettit center. I had lots of fun over spring break
though. Body Composition = the amount of lean body mass compared to the amount of body fat.

~ Body Composition is measured by calculating a person’s Body Mass Index (or BMI). Elementary students’ body composition is constantly changing due to rapid growth spurts, so children have a different BMI calculation table than adults. Calculating your BMI is generally something your doctor will do at a wellness check that you might not even be aware of to make sure that your body is healthy.

1. Why is bowling considered a "lifetime" activity? It is considered a lifetime activity because people like it and they think its a sport so they exercise (i dont think so) by bowling and if their wasnt bowling they wouldnt have fun.
2. There is a lot of controversy surrounding whether bowling is a "sport" or not.

I think no because your not doing anything that is exercising all your doing is taking a ball a rolling it down a lane its not doing anything that makes you out of breath or sweat.

Their may be a little of strenth because it is a heavy bowling ball but I dont think their is any other component(s) because all your doing is lift a ball and rolling it down the lane.
I think I haave good attitude because I always have good idea and stick with them until they don't work. I also think I fairness because I try to let everyone take their own fun turn.
One last thing that I work good at is planning because I always come up with good ideas and share
them with the whole group. I think I need to work on trust because I think it should be more
trust with everyone and just because their not that good we can still give them a chance to have fun.
Another thing I need to work on is staying positive because our group always thinks we have to
keep trying ideas and not give up. One last thing I need to work on is Leadership because I have to lead the group more.
I liked the dance creating,but it was really easy for me because I am in competative dance and we do much harder stuff in dance. I think we should of worked alone and
put the ideas of everyone together. It did not change my prospective of dance because I've been challanged much more in dance because wee do way harder stuff in my
dance class during the week. In the dance unit I think that I've collected many steps, but I've collected more in the units that we run in the most not just so dance
moves we do.I wasn't surprised that the dance unit was more that all the other units because we have to learn all the dance moves and a whole dance and the dance
showcase. I also think that you should teach the whole virginia reel next year.
